How Does It Work?
Queesland’s First Home Owner’s Grant is a state initiative to help first home owners to get their new home sooner. You can get the Queensland Grant of $30,000 towards buying your new house for contracts signed between 20 November 2023 and 30 June 2025.
Do I Qualify?
- You must not have previously received a homebuilder grant in any state or territory of Australia.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be an Australian citizen at the time you apply.
- You will be the registered owner on the title.
- The home will be your principal place of residence after completion or settlement.
- The contract is signed between 20 November 2023 and 30 June 2025.
